Grow Interactive (www.thisisgrow.com) creates interactive advertising solutions for some of the biggest brands in the country. Our clients include Wendy's, Nike, OfficeMax, NBC, Lollapalooza, and Starbucks among many others, and we work with a wide array of clients and agencies to keep projects fresh and exciting. We have resident dog named Dudley and play a mean game of ping pong.

Applicants must have expert-level knowledge of Flash / AS2 and intermediate+ knowledge of AS3. All other skills (remoting, media server, server-side scripting, After Effects, etc.) will be considered a plus. Above all else, we're looking for someone with a strong desire to create work among the best in the industry.

This position is full time at our office in Norfolk, VA, and a competitive salary will be commensurate with experience.
