Imogen Heap loves Kid Beyond
I recently saw the amazing electronic singer/songwriter Imogen Heap live for the 4th time, and she was amazing as usual. However, this post isn't about her, as good as she is.
Instead, it's about one of her opening acts, the singer, beatboxer, live lopper, one man band, known as Kid Beyond. Man, he blew my mind. Every single sound that came from the speakers during his set, came from his mouth. Insane. You won't truly understand until you listen for yourself.

The Flaming Lips Alley in OKC!

According to the music elistis of Pitchfork Media, "The Flaming Lips have finally made it to the big time: they're currently up to have a thoroughfare in Oklahoma City-- where frontman Wayne Coyne resides-- named after them, NewsOK.com reports. But not just any old thoroughfare: an "alley...littered with open dumpsters, and...poorly lit at night," the site writes. Note to Wayne: if you decide to visit this alley, pack the giant protective bubble."
